1.  There is a one-time Intake Processing Fee of $100.  This fee includes two internet assessments:  DiSC Personal Profile Behavior Assessment and Time Mastery Assessment.  Also, 15 minutes coaching on each assessment.   Payable in advance through PayPal.  Please read instructions under "Purchase Info" tab.

2.  After our initial session and we both agree this coaching relationship is workable, I will send you the initiation package that will include Coaching Agreement Form, Client Data Form, Credit Card Processing Authorization Form, and Weekly Coaching Call Form.

3.  We will have agreed on the number of contact days, the method of contact [phone and/or email {normally}; office visit (specialized circumstances ONLY)], and the fee for those agreed services.  A sample fee agreement could be set up as follows:  $100 per month - payable in advance through PayPal or Credit Card Processing - for 30 minutes phone consultation per week, with email and text message support.  A 6-month commitment required.

4.  Group pricing of assessments and training is available.  Assessments are extremely useful for:  Achieving greater self-awareness that benefits the Client.  For Clients seeking assistance with self-development, goal setting, and career planning.  Clients concerned with difficulty adapting to their job; interpersonal problems or conflicts.   When teamwork needs to be enhanced.  Client or a company is not sure why things are not working, and unable to identify where to begin.
