If you have not previously contacted
me, please e-mail me at gloriajean@CoachingbyGJ.com and list the products and quantity you are
interested in purchasing. Please provide your full street
mailing address with zip code. Inscape Publishing,
Inc. can then determine the correct shipping charges before I prepare your invoice.
I will send you an invoice from MS Outlook with a link
that will allow you to use PayPal to process
your payment. With PayPal you can use your credit card
[Visa, MC, AE, or Discover], e-check, or your own PayPal
account.
If you are purchasing for a person(s)
other than yourself, I will need the e-mail address(es) of the other
person(s). Upon payment processing, I can send the
online assessment and/or tutorial link to that
person(s).
If your purchase requires
shipping, such as, paper assessment(s), Inscape
Publishing uses FedEx ground ~~ if you need faster
shipping, such as Next Day or 2nd Day, please let me know that in
the e-mail. As you know, the rates are higher for that
type of express delivery service.
Inscape Publishing, Inc. product
sale(s) is considered FINAL. Inscape
Publishing charges a $10.00 per order processing fee on paper
assessments and $5.00 per order processing fee on EPIC credits for
online assessments. Inscape Publishing will replace materials
with the same product version when the materials are
defective. Inscape Publishing has a NO return-No refund-No
exchange policy. In the event an extraordinary occurrence would warrant a
return, a 40% Restocking Fee will be charged on Inscape
Publishing paper assessment products only and payable at
the time of occurrence.
CRK:Interactive: In
the event an extraordinary occurrence would warrant a return, a
25% Restocking Fee will be charged
on CRK:Interactive ILT workbook products only and payable
at the time of occurrence.
There is NO
RETURN on e-Learning online products after the link has
been sent to you.
